Executive Director

Dr. Naresh Sharma

Dr. Naresh Sharma is a highly experienced expert in agriculture, NRM, and rural development with over 23 years of experience in project management, capacity building, and community development. Holding a Ph.D. in Agriculture, he has led and contributed to numerous national and international projects involving climate resilient village ecosystem and livelihood enhancement, watershed management, and institutional strengthening. His strong analytical, technical, administrative, and leadership skills support high-quality program execution and sustainable development outcomes.
